Hello everybody,

after quite a stressing and troubled time in hospitals and such im finally back to drawing again and hopefully will finish my mass of wips i wanted to do in august. this morning i finished up this one which is very dear to me, its the 3rd part of a tryptic piece but the other 2 lack something so i need to redo them.

this work was done about 50/50 in ps and painter, i cant realy give account about the hours used, it started out super fast but then i wanted to give it unnecessary detailing and ruined it.

as for the meaning, i hope everybody finds their own. i will give my thoughts when i show the 3 pieces together.

i hope you like it. comments and critiques are highly welcome.

cheers!

On a night like every other, she sat before her mirror, watching, waiting, lost in thought in her visions....

An illustration done for a series of vampire books, the first of some to come here. I present you Cassandra, reborn at around 1200, she has no sane fiber left in her whole body. She is one of my favorite characters, i guess thats why i did her first.

Done in Photoshop in think 5 evenings and nights, i cant realy say how long it took me but it is my fastest work so far i think.

I owe a big load of thanks to my dear friend Kary and to Mathias Verhasselt thx guys

But somehow my portfolio got killed over by some mysterious force i am reuploading everything. On the other hand i am happy to present you a polished up version

As an image i want to have it stand for itself. i think it evokes different feelings in everyone.

Although critique and comments are highly welcome
